Sintered porous titanium plate PTL has a large number of connected
or semi-connected pores, and the pore structure is made up of both
regular and irregular powder particles. To meet the actual needs of
customers, the size and distribution of the pores as well as the
porosity can be altered depending on the powder particle size
combination and preparation process.
Sintered porous titanium plate PTL can reduce oxidation rate, reduce footprint and better resist bending and cracking in electrolysis applications such as hydrogen production. Product process
In a PEM water electrolysis system, the PTL(sintered porous titanium plate) is placed on the anode side of the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) to provide a conductive and porous interface for hydrogen gas evolution. The hydrogen gas produced at the anode can then diffuse through the PTL and be collected at the top of the electrolysis cell.
